I work alongside such a diverse group of people who all make a fantastic impact to the pensions world. Despite nearly 15 years working within the industry I still see so many underrepresented in the wider world.

I got involved with NextGen to tell their stories and make others realise that the pensions industry holds a place for everyone who wants to be part of it.

I am currently communications lead for Spence & Partners as well as supporting comms in the rest of the 3173 Group.
