Diversity and inclusion are very close to my heart and that’s one of the many reasons I’m involved in NextGen. NextGen provides a platform for all, through its flagship mentoring program as well as the variety of events they run throughout the year. I believe there is always more that could be done to amplify the voice of the next generation and NextGen is very well placed to lead in this area.

In my day job, I am Responsible Investment Lead, where I focus my time on stewardship, research, and ESG analysis of various asset classes.
