Mentoring is a very rewarding experience as you get to witness your mentee’s personal development evolve. Being a mentee allows you to process the advice from those even further in their careers, which is invaluable. Having seen the benefits of being both a mentee and mentor myself on other programmes, I wanted to join the Mentoring sub-committee to contribute through my experience and knowledge to an important initiative in the Pensions industry.

I am an Audit Associate Director at RSM and specialise in the Pensions and Financial Services sectors. I am also an FCA CASS audit specialist and co-ordinate the Financial services training.
