I decided to join NextGen as I am passionate about getting younger people engaged with retirement and saving from an earlier age, and recognise the importance of education. Having been part of the mentoring program myself, and benefitting from a great relationship with my mentor, I am happy to give back to the program and help drive forward a fantastic initiative.
