I’m passionate about attracting a diverse range of talent into the industry and providing those already here with a platform on which they can be heard. As a non-for-profit, NextGen is uniquely placed to deliver initiatives that the large corporates simply won’t and I’m excited to play a small part in helping make that happen.

I co-founded the talent acquisition business Zatori Consulting which operates within the pensions arena.
