NextGen is the only membership organisation in the industry that I feel truly represents me. When the opportunity arose to join the Sub-Committee as its secretary, I jumped at the chance to get involved. 2 years later I was appointed Chair of the Sub-Committee which has been a fantastic experience that I would never have had the opportunity to do without NextGen. I’m passionate about getting younger people into leadership and decision-making roles and hope that through the work of NextGen, we can make this a reality for the next generation.
