A roll of the eyes followed by “Why would you want to work in pensions?” is a phrase I’ve heard all too often since joining the industry. I therefore joined NextGen to spread the word that working in Pensions can be both fun and interesting (at least according to me!). It is also a great opportunity to take part in a committee whose research and outputs seek to highlight both the achievements of this important field, as well as draw attention to where (and how) it can become even more representative of its members going forward.”
