I became involved in NextGen because it was so refreshing to see a different group of people getting excited about pensions. Our work lives are so different nowadays that I hope NextGen can provide a community and connect people that may no longer get the chance to meet at conferences or in a meeting room.

I work in the Trustee Executive Services and Governance consulting team at LCP. I help Trustee Boards to run their schemes and handle all that TPR throws at them.
