I’m a current mentor through Next Gen and a member of the CII Education Research panel. I have spent circa 15 years in financial services with the former years with a large insurance provider and pension administrator in various roles covering client support, pre-underwriting, underwriting, sales support, development and DB administration. I also have extensive relationship management experience inside and outside of financial services. The latter years I have spent as a Relationship Manager/Associate Consultant and now a Consultant in MMB’s Workplace Savings Team. Last year I was pleased to lead and mentor a team internally focussed on enhancing current client agreements and acting as mentor for the team across several areas.

I currently work at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) (part of Mercer / Marsh McLennan) as a Corporate DC Pension Consultant – workplace savings.
