I’m the current Chair of the Mentoring sub-committee and have been involved with the committee and NextGen’s mentoring program for 4 years. The committee has completed 3 successful matching rounds since it launched and I am excited for all it can achieve over the next few years. I am a great supporter of NextGen and its work to support and welcome the next generation of pension professionals – the mentoring program is a key part of this and it is great to see the support and interest it has received and continues to receive from the pensions industry, helping it flourish into the successful program it is today.

I’m a Senior Associate in the Pensions & Long-term Savings team at Pinsent Masons, where I spend most of my time advising trustees of DB pension schemes.
