Pensions isn’t viewed as the most glamorous conversation topic for young adults, but it is important for there to be a diversity of age across the pensions industry. In particular, it’s key that the younger generation of the pensions industry keep up to date with major issues in the industry so that they can bring fresh ideas to the table.
