I’m involved with NextGen as I want to be part of shaping the future of the pensions industry into being a more diverse sector, which better represents its savers.

I’m delighted to be using my communications skills to promote the excellent work NextGen does as part of their M&C sub-committee.

NextGen provide a supportive space to debate, learn and network. I’ve experienced first-hand the benefits of being a NextGen member such as being a mentee on their mentoring programme. The support I’ve received from my mentor has been invaluable and has significantly helped with my professional development.
