I’m excited to be part of NextGen because it represents all of the things I’m passionate about – bringing together people from many different backgrounds and helping each other’s development (personal and professional)  by sharing knowledge, skills and experience and promoting diversity and inclusion within the pensions industry generally.  If we can capture and harness diversity and be truly inclusive we can promote better and more wholesome decision making which is surely beneficial for us all.
